Promotional products
The best giveawaydoes a job after the event.
We narrow the endless catalog to a purposeful set of choices, then coordinate decoration, vendor schedules and delivery milestones. The result feels like part of the event—not another branded object destined for a drawer.

What earns attention after the event
Useful beats disposable.
The audience decides what stays.
Price is only one part of value. Use, longevity and emotional relevance are what turn an item into a working brand asset.

How to read the study
PPAI surveyed more than 5,000 U.S. consumers about how promotional products affect use, emotion and brand perception. The figures describe surveyed consumers, not a promise that every item or campaign will perform identically. Audience fit, design, quality and usefulness still matter.
Production judgment
Fewer choices.Better reasons.
We evaluate product quality, decoration fit, lead time, vendor routing and perceived value together. Every recommended object earns its place in the event system.
Promotional products / FAQ
Questions beforeproduction starts.
Clear answers about promotional products, artwork, timing and the decisions that shape the final result.
01What types of promotional products do you offer?
EventPrint sources drinkware, bags, notebooks, technology accessories, golf merchandise, awards, wellness products, event giveaways, employee gifts and other event merchandise.
We narrow the field around your audience, budget, quantity, timeline and objective rather than asking you to search an endless catalog.
02How do I choose the right promotional product?
Start with who will receive it, where it will be used, how it will be distributed and what the product should accomplish.
A lightweight trade-show giveaway and a meaningful employee gift have different jobs. We recommend products that fit the experience instead of placing a logo on a generic item.
03What are the minimum order quantities?
Minimums vary substantially by product and manufacturer. Some items support smaller orders while others require 100, 250, 500 or more pieces.
Custom-manufactured and overseas products generally have higher minimums. The applicable minimum is confirmed before a product is presented as a recommendation.
04How much production time should we allow?
Standard domestic products may require several weeks from selection through delivery. Custom packaging, overseas manufacturing and fully custom merchandise require more time.
Providing the required delivery date at the beginning of the project allows us to recommend options with a realistic path to completion.
05Can we review a sample before ordering?
Samples may be available for many products, with product and shipping costs varying by item.
A blank sample helps evaluate the product itself. A custom pre-production sample may require additional setup charges and a longer timeline.
06Can you coordinate a multi-product merchandise program?
Yes. EventPrint can source and coordinate multiple products, decoration, quantities, vendor milestones and delivery schedules as one project.
EventPrint does not provide kitting, sorting, assembly or fulfillment. Products may ship directly from different vendors, and orders can be split across multiple approved locations; receiving, assembly and distribution are handled by the client, venue or a designated fulfillment partner.
07What recognition products can EventPrint source?
Options include plaques, acrylic, glass and crystal awards, medals, trophies, recognition gifts and other presentation pieces.
Recommendations are narrowed around the recipient, ceremony, material preference, quantity, budget and deadline.
08What affects the price of an award?
Material, dimensions, decoration method, quantity, individual personalization, packaging and delivery all affect price.
A run of identical awards and a run with unique recipient names are different production jobs and are quoted accordingly.
09How is recipient personalization handled?
The request records whether personalization is identical or unique and whether the recipient data is complete. Names and titles are requested later through an approved secure channel.
A human reviews the recipient roster and proof sequence before any personalized production is released.
