Embroidery

Premium starts with the stitch, not the price tag.

Good embroidery respects the fabric, the scale of the mark and the way the garment moves. We adapt artwork for thread, choose the right construction and keep the result clean at event distance and up close.

EPThe stitch approach

Production judgment

Digitized for the material, not copied from a screen.

Thread count, stitch direction, underlay and backing all affect the finished mark. Our production approach balances detail and durability so the embroidery holds its shape through repeated wear.

Madeira Polyneon thread

Thread color,mapped by number.

Explore the Madeira Polyneon shade system by family or color number before artwork is digitized.

433 thread shades
On-screen preview / not a production proof

Digital colors vary by screen and production conditions. Final ink or thread color is confirmed during human proof review; physical samples may be required.

Embroidery / FAQ

Questions beforeproduction starts.

Clear answers about embroidery, artwork, timing and the decisions that shape the final result.

01What products can be embroidered?

Embroidery is commonly used on polos, jackets, quarter-zips, hats, bags, uniforms, blankets and other fabric products. It is especially effective for corporate apparel and premium merchandise.

Not every material supports embroidery equally, so we confirm product and artwork suitability before production.

02How is embroidery priced?

Embroidery is generally priced by stitch count rather than the number of thread colors. Larger or more detailed logos require more stitches and may cost more.

Quantity, product type, decoration location and specialty techniques can also affect the final price.

03What is digitizing?

Digitizing converts artwork into a stitch file that tells the embroidery machine how to reproduce the design.

The design must be programmed for thread, fabric, stitch direction, density and production order. A one-time digitizing fee may apply to a new design.

04Can any logo be embroidered?

Most logos can be adapted, but very small text, thin lines, gradients, shadows and highly detailed artwork may need to be simplified.

We review the artwork and recommend adjustments that keep the final embroidery clean and readable.

05Do you offer dimensional or puff embroidery?

Dimensional embroidery may be available for selected hat styles and logo designs. It works best with bold shapes and larger lettering rather than fine details or thin lines.

06How much production time should we allow?

Most standard embroidery projects should allow at least two to three weeks after artwork and stitch-file approval.

Product availability, stitch count, quantity, specialty techniques, seasonal demand and delivery location can affect the schedule confirmed in the quote.
